Nature is where life begins. It is the source of life that has always inspired us. We know that every single tree is precious for a sustainable future, and that’s why we have started a brand-new forestation project as part of our sustainability efforts. Through it, we aim to deliver tree seed balls to hard-to-reach areas that need to be afforested. Our goal is to grow 500,000 trees in their natural environment with the technical support of ecording, a social enterprise, which is supported by the Ministry of Forestry.
Seed balls are produced by women suffering from income inequality who live near the areas afforested. After receiving special training, they construct seed balls to be released into nature. Hence, fight the climate crisis, we are also able to create an alternative source of income for women and enableto also participate in the fight to protect our planet.
DEVELOPING SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS
Living in harmony with nature and preventing destruction is of the utmost importance to us. This is why we design our products and services in the most eco-friendly way we can. We focus on creating sustainable solutions to preserve the earth’s valuable resources by reducing our overall waste footprint.
As part of our Sustainability Efforts, we are adopting the 3R’s of Beauty “Refill/Reuse/Reduce” and “Repeat” for our eco-friendly product movement.
REFILL
One of our sustainable solutions is the “Refillable Package Project”. As Atelier Rebul, we are ever expanding our “Refillable” categories via refill stations, which we have been setting up in our stores for the past 7 years. These category currently include Eau de Colognes and Signature Eau de Parfums.
Each refill, with the participation of our customers, encourages fewer bottles, fewer lids, fewer labels and less cardboard usage while creating less waste overall for the environment.
REUSE
As we expand our Refillable categories at Atelier Rebul, we actively encourage our customers to refill their products. Atelier Rebul’s Customized Eau de Colognes, Personalized Signature Eau de Parfums and MySpa Liquid Soaps are now all refillable.
Additionally, we encourage the reuse of our candle packaging and for them to be given a second-life as a pot, a pencil case, a vase or other creative purpose.
REDUCE
Glass waste units have been placed in all Atelier Rebul stores for the non-refillable glass Eau de Cologne bottles purchased in the past.
We collect glass waste and recycle it. We encourage our customers to return their spray bottles and use refillable ones by offering favorable prices in our stores all over Turkey.
As an environmentally conscious brand, we continually examine our existing designs, materials and packaging to adopt and reinforce Reusable and Refillable solutions.

We believe that adopting a zero-waste approach preserves Earth's natural resources and reduces pollution created by manufacturing and disposal.
For a waste-free future, we separate waste at its source in our factory and offices, and put it in the recycling process as glass, plastic and paper.
Recyclable waste is recorded in an Integrated Environment Information System, where we can see how much of each type of waste Rebul recycles and has regained so far.

CARBON
The primary problem that humanity needs to solve for sustainability is the climate crisis and global warming. The Paris Agreement has set the goal of rapidly reducing carbon gas emissions and zeroing them by 2050.
As Rebul Group of Companies, in order to reduce the carbon footprint of our products and to rapidly reduce carbon gas emissions:
We are certified for using 100% renewable energy in our factory, which is located in the Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone.
One of our key areas of focus is the 'Calculation and Reporting of Carbon Footprint Emissions at Establishment Level”. We put great emphasis on working in accordance with our zero-carbon target since we commenced production.
Through our new technology investment on air systems, known as “Heat Recovery Units”, we aim to achieve a minimum 20% energy saving by utilizing the energy of dirty air released into the atmosphere.
WE BELIEVE IN ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
Encouraging our employees to develop socially conscious habits for a greener, sustainable world and economy is important to us.
Our employees were given training on Sustainable Environmental Policies and our Zero Waste project.
In addition, we worked with Intertek Turkey to deliver training on Sustainability and Climate Change, customized for Atelier Rebul.
WE ARE CRUELTY FREE
Rebul Group of Companies believe that beauty and products should be cruelty free. We are proud to be Leaping Bunny approved. A global programme internationally recognized as the gold standard for cruelty free products, Leaping Bunny requires cruelty free standards over and above legal requirements.
All of our own brand cosmetic and personal care products are approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny programme. We adhere to a fixed cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to the Leaping Bunny criteria. Our supplier monitoring system is also independently audited.
