Rebul Holding has launched a new internal meeting series, Co-CEO Coffee Talks, designed to close the distance between leadership and the team. The session took place recently, with members of our team sharing their own stories directly with our Co-CEO over a cup of coffee.
In each session, a team member shares their career journey, what they've learned, and what they aspire to. It's a setting where titles step aside and real listening takes over. The goal is clear: a transparent culture, open communication, and a workplace where every voice is heard.
