Store Leaders Strategy Meeting 2026

We had the pleasure of bringing together our store managers and leaders from across Türkiye on June 15-16 for two valuable days dedicated to reflecting on the first half of the year, discussing our future goals, and finding inspiration for new success stories together.

What made this gathering truly special, was not only the business results we reviewed. Seeing colleagues from different cities come together, share their experiences, learn from one another, and spend meaningful time together further strengthened our corporate culture. The sincere interactions with our leadership team and the positive energy we shared throughout the two days were a source of inspiration for all of us.

Following a remarkable first six months, we are entering the second half of the year with even greater motivation, excitement, and confidence. Because we know that the greatest force behind our success is our people, united by a shared purpose and committed to moving forward together.
